Business Centre

The Business Centre is located on the ground floor and is administered by Club Reception. The centre provides Members a quiet place to catch up on emails, draft correspondence, send urgent documents and have small informal discussions. Equipped with two computers, printer, wireless internet connection and general office supplies, the centre is available to both Members and their guests. The Members Business Centre is free of charge.

Business Centre Regulations are as follows:

. The use of this room is monitored by Club Reception. Members must make a booking at Club Reception.

. In respect and consideration of all members the Business Centre is not for sole exclusive use and may be booked for 1 hour only.

. Members may extend their booking by a further 1 hour subject to availability on the day.

. Food and Beverages are allowed in the room and may be purchased on a self service basis through the Club Café.

. Members must see Club Reception for printer paper. The first 10 pages of printing are free
and extra pages are 20c per page. All profits go to the University Club Green Committee.

Please note: This area is intended for the general business use of all Members and as such, reserving the room for group meetings is not permitted. However, for your convenience, you are welcome to register (with your name and your membership number) for the use of the room for a maximum of 1H.
