Salary Sacrifice your University Club Membership
The University Club of Western Australia is delighted to announce that UWA employees are entitled to Salary Package their annual subscription fees. To qualify for this benefit, employees are required to enter into a Salary Packaging Agreement with The University of Western Australia. This can be done by contacting the Salary Packaging Co-ordinator Rose Cunningham on 6488 7186. Further information on Salary Packaging can be found by visiting www.hr.uwa.edu.au
For those Members that have an existing agreement in place, simply complete a Salary Packaging Payroll Deduction Form and return it to The University Club Reception, following which we will make the necessary arrangements on your behalf.

Club Amenities and Facilties
Members and guests have exclusive access to the Club Restaurant, Lounge Bar, Club Cafe and Bar. The Club is a vibrant, inclusive and appealing venue for entertaining with amenities to accommodate all tastes.
Guests
Each member may sign in up to five guests each day. There is no limit on the number of times a particular guest can visit the Club in a specific time period. Guests can be signed in prior to arrival and are able to meet the member in any area of the Club without having to wait at Club Reception for the member to greet them.
Signing Privileges
Members have the option to enjoy signing privileges to their account in all of the food and beverage venues in the Club. Members must nominate a credit card or transaction account which can be debited for their incidental food and beverage expenditure or provide an up-front payment to ensure that they retain their signing privileges. We want our members to treat the Club as a home away from home and therefore there is no minimum food and beverage spend or levy at the University Club.
Entertainment and Events
Throughout the year The University Club will be holding regular weekly and monthly functions and events for members, as well as ongoing Friday night Sundowners where members will have the opportunity to gather and bring their colleagues, friends and professional associates to experience the best the Club has to offer.
Reciprocal Clubs
The University Club of Western Australia is a member of the Association of College and University Clubs (ACUC), giving our Club members access to a network of member-only clubs on or near the campuses of the world's leading colleges and universities. Members of clubs in the ACUC network enjoy reciprocal privileges at exclusive clubs throughout Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia and Asia.
