Notice

The Clubs under cover parking is provided for the sole use of those visiting the Club and not to be used when visiting other areas on campus.

CLUB MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE:

Parking Permit Information and Conditions of Use
• All parking on campus is controlled by The University of Western Australia through Unipark under the Parking By-Laws and Regulations (available at Club Reception).

• There are 38 undercover parking bays available and an additional 92 open air parking bays available in the Reid Library Car Park #3, adjacent to The Club building. Both are accessible via Hackett Drive Entrance #1. Please note that Club parking is not to be used by Members meeting on other areas of campus.

• Members can park in the undercover parking for a maximum of three hours at the rate of $1.30 per hour between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  (Fee subject to change without notice).

• Short term (3-hour) parking is available on a 'pay and display' basis in University Car Park 3 which is located immediately adjacent to The Club.

• Full day parking is available on a 'pay and display' basis in Car Park 23 (corner Hackett Drive and Mounts Bay Road), and along the University side of Hackett Drive.  This is charged at $1 per hour to a maximum of $8. (Fee subject to change without notice).

• Car parking is free of charge in all University car parks after 5pm weekdays and all day on weekends.

• Only one vehicle can be nominated by Member.

• The valid parking permit must be affixed to the bottom left hand corner of the windscreen of the nominated vehicle.

• The valid parking ticket must be displayed on the dashboard of the nominated vehicle.

• A parking permit does not guarantee a parking bay.

• If you sell your car, you must peel off the parking permit and send it back to The University Club with the registration details of your new car. If you do not send the old sticker back, you will need to provide us with the sale form.

• If the windscreen has been damaged and needs to be replaced, you must peel off the parking permit and send it back to The University Club. If you do not send the old sticker back, you will need to provide us with the insurance report.

• If you wish to change your nominated vehicle, a new parking permit will not be provided until we received the old one.

• If you wish to cancel your Membership, you will need to return the parking permit to The University Club.

CONFERENCE PARKING
• Conference organisers can reserve parking bays for their delegates at a cost of $12.00 per bay. Limited reserved parking is available in the undercroft area beneath the Club with additional reserved parking available in Car Park 3 (immediately adjacent to The Club). Please note that this will be on-charged to the main conference account. Delegates cannot pay individually for these bays on the day.

• A minimum of 10 guests is required in order to reserve bays and bays must be reserved at least one week prior to the date of your event. To arrange conference parking please contact The University Club Conference and Events Department on (08) 6488 4820.

• Reserved bays in the undercroft will be clearly marked with an orange parking cone and reserved sign. Reserved bays in Car Park 3 will be clearly marked with an orange parking cone and guests must obtain a blue parking permit from the attendant on duty and display this permit on their dashboard in order to avoid being issued an infringment.

Please be aware that Unipark will issue infringements to Members and guests who do not abide by The University Parking By-Laws and Regulations.
