Membership Renewal The Club’s Board of Advisors and Directors have decided not to increase this year’s annual subscription fees which are due on 1 March 2009. A renewal notice has been posted to your nominated address and unless advised otherwise by yourself, please note that the fees will be automatically billed to your account. The Club does offer an increasingly popular monthly payment option. If you wish to make use of this facility or simply wish to update your current payment details, please complete and return a debit authorisation form.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR CLUB ACCOUNT
Important information for Members
If you have indicated that you would like to have signing privileges to your Club account, the account that you have nominated for the payment of your membership subscription (either credit card or transaction account) will be used for the payment of your incidental expenditure.
Settlement of incidental charges and your membership subscription will be by direct transfer from the nominated acount on approx the 20th of each calendar month. A statement of account will be issued to you the first week of each calendar month for any membership subscription of incidental charges.
Payment Type
The annual membership can be paid in a lump sum payment or in monthly instalments.
Monthly payments
Monthly payments must be from a nominated credit card or transaction account. A statement of account will be issued to you in the first week of each calendar month, for the previous month's membership subscription and any incidental food and beverage charges. Settlement of monthly instalments is by direct transfer from a nominated credit card or transaction acount on approx the 20th of each month. Settlemetn of the monthly subscription and any incidental expenditure must be from the same nominated account.
Annual payments
You may pay your subscription annually. Your first annual payment can be made by credit card, direct debit from a transaction account, cheque or money order. Your second and subsequent annual subscription payments will be debited from the nominated credit card or transaction account which is provided for incidental charges.
Incidental Expenditure - Signing Privileges and Settlement details
The University Club provides a credit facility and signing privileges for all Members to charge food and beverage expenditure to their Club Account. It is mandatory that all Members provide The Club with details of a credit card or direct debit so charges can be automatically debited from this nominated acount. If you choose to pay your subscription by credit card or direct debit, then this account will also be used for payment of incidental charges.
